Position: Center Supervisor

Location: Active Ageing House / Burj Al-Barajenah Camp / Beirut Employment

Type: Full-Time

Experience: 3-5 Years in relevant social and humanitarian work or office management

Education: Bachelor's Degree

Age: 25-35

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Active Ageing House, ensuring efficiency and a welcoming atmosphere for beneficiaries.
• Organize tailored schedules and activities for seniors based on their needs and interests.
• Provide compassionate care, psychological support, and social engagement to foster a sense of community and well-being among seniors.
• Oversee administrative and financial aspects, including budgeting, cost management, and compliance.
• Supervise activities and programs aimed at enhancing seniors' quality of life.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports to management, highlighting areas for improvement.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., administration, social work, health services)
• Proven experience in managing senior care centers or related healthcare facilities
• Strong organizational skills, capable of multitasking under pressure
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on empathy and understanding when interacting with seniors
• Knowledge of best practices in elder care, including health and safety protocols

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in health center management or social services
• Experience in a multidisciplinary team environment
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance standards in elder care

​​​​​​​Note: Priority will be given to fully qualified registered Palestinian refugee candidates residing in Burj Al-Barajneh Camp / Beirut Area.
