beneficiaries. The role is critical in building relationships with the local community, conducting field activities, and motivating community members to engage in the programs offered by the association. This role is central to the success of the program within the community.<\/p>\n<h4 dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Main Objectives:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<h5 dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Objective 1: Work closely with the local community<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n<li>Build and maintain <strong>positive relationships<\/strong> with target communities, NGOs, local authorities, and other groups.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Organize social events<\/strong> and community meetings to understand local issues.<\/li>\n<li>Raise <strong>awareness about the project<\/strong> and the relevant staff to ensure coordination and engagement.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Coordinate with local stakeholders<\/strong> for smooth project implementation.<\/li>\n<li>Support the <strong>visibility of the
