بأي إمكانات ومقومات سيخوض لبنان حرباً شاملة؟!!

البلد اليوم مرة جديدة على عتبة حرب مفتوحة مع عدو غاشم ومتغطرس ومجرم، لكن هذه المرة غير كل مرة ومن مختلف النواحي.

فعلى المستوى العسكري، يوجد فصيل لبناني متمثل بحزب الله قادر غير كل مرة على إلحاق أذى كبير بالكيان الصهيوني.

أما على المستوى الإقتصادي، فالمشهد معاكس كلياً، وغير كل مرة يكون لبنان في وضعية سيئة وهشة ويعاني من وضع داخلي متصدع على مختلف المستويات.

وعلى مستوى الدولة، هناك شغور في سدة الرئاسة الأولى، وشلل حكومي وبرلماني، وانهيار إدارات ومؤسسات الدولة هذا فضلاً عن تردي الخدمات من كهرباء ومياه وخلافه.

أما الإقتصاد فحدث ولا حرج، حيث لا يزال لبنان في قلب الأزمة المالية والإقتصادية.

وقد أظهرت آخر تقديرات صندوق النقد الدولي إن الناتج المحلي الإجمالي للبنان يبلغ 18 مليار دولار حالياً نزولاً من 56 مليار دولار في العام 2019، فيما تبلغ قيمة النفقات في الموازنة العامة للدولة 3،2 مليار دولار في العم 2024 نزولا من موازنة عامة تبلغ النفقات فيها حوالي 17 مليار دولار في العام 2019،

أما الشق الإجتماعي فحدث ولا حرج، حيث معدلات البطالة تسجل معدلات قياسية فيما نسبة اللبنانيين الذين يعيشون قرب خط الفقر بلغت حوالي 80 في المئة.

وما يزيد من الطين بلة ويضاعف حجم المخاطر الإقتصادية والإجتماعية وحتى الأمنية، هي أزمة النزوح السوري التي تشكل قنبلة موقوتة ممكن أن تنفجر في أي لحظة.

أمام كل هذه الوقائع، هل يمكن للبنان أن يخوض حرباً أو مواجهة أوسع مما يحصل منذ 8 تشرين الأول 2023، في ظل إقتصاد يترنح على الإنهيار وموزانة دولة تبلغ 3،2 مليار دولار، وسلطة سياسية وقطاع عام خارج عن الخدمة؟

**With What Resources and Capabilities Could Lebanon Engage in a Full-Scale War?**

Lebanon finds itself once again on the brink of an open war with a ruthless, arrogant, and criminal adversary. However, this situation differs markedly from previous instances in several ways.

Militarily, the Lebanese faction represented by Hezbollah is capable, unlike in previous times, of inflicting significant damage on the Israeli entity.

Economically, the situation is entirely different. Lebanon is in a dire and fragile state, grappling with internal issues on various fronts.

At the state level, there is a vacancy in the presidential office, along with governmental and parliamentary paralysis, the collapse of state administrations and institutions, and deteriorating services such as electricity and water.

Economically, the situation is even more dire. Lebanon remains in the heart of a financial and economic crisis. According to the latest estimates from the International Monetary Fund, Lebanon's GDP stands at $18 billion currently, down from $56 billion in 2019. The state budget for 2024 allocates $3.2 billion, a significant drop from approximately $17 billion in 2019.

Socially, the situation is equally bleak. Unemployment rates are at record highs, and about 80% of Lebanese people live near the poverty line.

Adding to the complexity and amplifying economic, social, and even security risks is the Syrian refugee crisis, which represents a ticking time bomb that could explode at any moment.

Given all these realities, can Lebanon realistically engage in a broader conflict or confrontation beyond what has been occurring since October 8, 2023, with an economy teetering on the brink of collapse, a state budget of $3.2 billion, and a political authority and public sector that are out of service?
