المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

التواصل والدعم للمستفيدين:

• العمل كنقطة الاتصال الأساسية للمستفيدين خلال أحداث التوزيع.
• تقديم المعلومات والإرشادات للمستفيدين حول عملية التوزيع، ومعايير الأهلية، وأهداف المشروع.
• الرد على استفسارات ومخاوف المستفيدين، وضمان معالجتها بشكل سريع وفعّال.
• الحفاظ على نهج محترم ومتعاطف في جميع التفاعلات مع المستفيدين.

دعم العمليات الميدانية:

• مساعدة مسؤول الميدان في تخطيط وتنظيم أنشطة التوزيع.
• ضمان أن تتم جميع أنشطة التوزيع بطريقة آمنة ومنظمة، وفقًا لبروتوكولات المشروع.
• المساعدة في إعداد مواقع التوزيع، وإدارة الحشود، وضمان خدمة جميع المستفيدين بطريقة عادلة ومنظمة.
• توثيق ملاحظات المستفيدين والإبلاغ عن أي قضايا أو حوادث إلى مسؤول الميدان.

جمع البيانات والتقارير:

• جمع وتسجيل بيانات حضور المستفيدين، وتفاصيل التوزيع، والملاحظات.
• الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لأنشطة التوزيع وإعداد التقارير المطلوبة من فريق المشروع.
• المساعدة في مراقبة وتقييم فعالية أنشطة التوزيع واقتراح التحسينات.

التنسيق والتواصل:

• التنسيق مع قادة المجتمع المحلي وأصحاب المصلحة لضمان تنفيذ المشروع بسلاسة.
• تسهيل التواصل بين المستفيدين وفريق المشروع، لضمان إيصال احتياجات ومخاوف المستفيدين بفعالية.
• العمل عن كثب مع أعضاء الفريق الآخرين لضمان التنسيق والاتساق في أنشطة المشروع.

المؤهلات والخبرة:

• درجة البكالوريوس في العمل الاجتماعي، علم الاجتماع، تنمية المجتمع، أو مجال ذي صلة.
• خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في دور مماثل، ويفضل ضمن بيئة إنسانية أو في منظمة غير حكومية.
• خبرة في العمل مباشرة مع المستفيدين في أدوار ميدانية.
• مهارات تواصل بين شخصية قوية، مع القدرة على التواصل بشكل فعّال مع مجتمعات متنوعة.
• القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط ومعالجة المواقف الصعبة بلباقة واحترافية.
• الطلاقة في اللغة العربية مطلوبة؛ معرفة باللغة الإنجليزية تعد ميزة إضافية.
• الإلمام بالسياق المحلي لمنطقة زحلة ومجتمعاتها.

Job Title:
Social Officer – Zahle Office

Key Responsibilities:

Beneficiary Engagement and Support:

• Act as the primary point of contact for beneficiaries during distribution events.
• Provide information and guidance to beneficiaries about the distribution process, eligibility criteria, and project objectives.
• Respond to beneficiary inquiries and concerns, ensuring that they are addressed promptly and effectively.
• Maintain a respectful and empathetic approach in all interactions with beneficiaries.

Support Field Operations:

• Assist the Field Officer in planning and organizing distribution activities.
• Ensure that all distribution activities are conducted in a safe and orderly manner, adhering to project protocols.
• Help set up distribution sites, manage crowds, and ensure that all beneficiaries are served in a fair and organized manner.
• Document beneficiary feedback and report any issues or incidents to the Field Officer.

Data Collection and Reporting:

• Collect and record data on beneficiary attendance, distribution details, and feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of distribution activities and prepare reports as required by the project team.
• Assist in monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of distribution activities and suggest improvements.

Coordination and Communication:

• Liaise with local community leaders and stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation.
• Facilitate communication between beneficiaries and the project team, ensuring that beneficiary needs and concerns are effectively communicated.
• Work closely with other team members to ensure coordination and consistency in project activities.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Sociology, Community Development, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a humanitarian or NGO setting.
• Experience working directly with beneficiaries in field-based roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse communities.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations with tact and professionalism.
• Proficiency in Arabic is required; knowledge of English is an asset.
• Familiarity with the local context of Zahle District and its communities.
