WPA is seeking to recruit HR & Administration Officer at the Head Office.

Job Purpose:

Plan all HR functions and runs the whole HR department, and ensure all the administrative tasks are performed correctly and on time following WPA policies and procedures.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Plan HR and administration activities, revise WPA’s policies, and support day to day HR and Admin tasks
  • Develop and ensure compliance with WPA’s policies and procedures and common understanding by employees
  • Lead HR department and oversee the office management function
  • Oversee recruitment process, ensure it is carried out timely and according to HR manual including posting advertisements, preparation of candidates’ shortlist and interview panels and participating in interviews
  • Manage the payroll function
  • Oversee all employee relations programs, including promotions, performance reviews and disciplinary procedures, and act as a focal point in supporting employees on all HR related matters
  • Manage and maintain physical and digital up-to-date HR and administration database and personnel records like employment contracts, leaves, attendance, leaves ….
  • Manage the supply chain throughout WPA and ensure that office and centers’ requisitions are processed, suppliers managed, and necessities supplied correctly
  • Develop training plan, and coordinate / provide / organize training for employees, as applicable
  • Provide induction to new employees
  • Follow up and liaise with WPA centers supervisors on HR and admin related matters

  • A high level of confidentiality
  • Organizational skills and ability to prioritize
  • Interpersonal with good communicative skills both written and verbal
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn
  • Acts as a team player
  • Excellent English and Arabic written and verbal
