الوصف:

Organize all aspects of the workflow of all meetings of the board, and committees (including scheduling, communications, securing locations, coordination amongst board members, minute taking, etc.) to report to manager to overview all the above.
Develop, maintain, and update a database that can capture all OpenMinds information and facilitate its fundraising and statistical needs. The database will be reviewed by the manager closely.
Research, collect data, and present reports on topics relating to OpenMinds operations and mission (e.g., schools, other relevant NGO's, awareness initiatives). This information will assist the manager on this task and final reports will be completed by the manager.
Draft topics of the OpenMinds newsletter, and any other written content, to be reviewed by manager.
Monitor OpenMinds funds disbursed to patients at the Special Kids Clinic and to share with manager.
Support and communicate with OpemInds patients and their families at the Special Kids Clinic.
Collect testimonials from families, students, schools, and trainees receiving funding from OpenMinds and provide to the manager to build social media strategy and awareness campaigns.
Reports to the manager of the NGO.
