The Opportunity
This position will provide efficient and effective financial support to all Save the Children programs and projects in Lebanon. The position will be providing support to all projects, including effectively managing the financial functions, ensuring that accurate and timely financial information is produced, and assist budget holders in management of their budgets. In addition, this position will ensure that all donor financial reports and budget amendments are delivered in a timely and accurate manner, and ensuring full compliance with internal policies and procedures, and donor requirements.
In order to be successful you will bring/have:
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting, finance or business management
- At least 3 years NGO Finance related experience
- Prior experience with donors’ requirements and Audit is an asset
- Able to work within a team
- Very good written and spoken English and Arabic languages and communication skills
- Availability for internal travel and little external travel.
- Organized with good time management skills, and respect deadlines
- Trustworthy
- Analytical skills and accuracy
