وظيفة شاغرة: مؤسسة الصفدي تُعلِن حاجتها عن مسؤول عن الحسابات والمحاسبين (Chief Accountant)

• Responsibilities

1. Oversee all financial operations of the company.
2. Develop and manage budgets, ensuring that all financial resources are allocated appropriately.
3. Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and external stakeholders.
4. Ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and compliant with relevant law and regulations.
5. Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s goals and objectives.
6. Manage relationships with external stakeholders, such as investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
7. Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
8. Stay up to date with changes in financial regulations and best practices.
9. Analyzing financial statement.
10. Maintain daily journal (purchases transactions, expenses recognition, sales and invoicing, banks/cash payments and receipts, assets registration).
11. Maintain cash counts and stock inventory counts (raw materials, semi-finish and finished goods).
12. Monthly reconciliations (banks, suppliers, clients and third parties’ reconciliation).
13. Maintain stock (production daily costing and pricing, purchase order of raw material, inventory management of raw materials, semi-finish and finished goods).
14. Prepare financial statements.

• Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or any related field.
2. CPA certification preferred.
3. At least 5 years of experience in accounting or finance or any related fields.
4. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
5. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
6. Experience with financial software and systems.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
