وظيفة شاغرة: مطلوب موظف مسؤول عن ضبط العنف قائم على النوع الاجتماعي – GBV Officer للعمل لدى المجلس اللبناني لمقاومة العنف ضد المرأة (Ngo)

Key Responsibilities:

Program Implementation: Design, plan, and execute gender-based violence prevention and response programs in collaboration with relevant stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, community-based organizations, and international partners.

Advocacy and Awareness: Engage in advocacy efforts to raise awareness about gender-based violence, promote gender equality, and influence policies and legislation related to GBV prevention and response.

Capacity Building: Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the capacity of community members, local organizations, and service providers in identifying, preventing, and responding to gender-based violence.

Case Management: Provide support and assistance to the case workers that follow up with the  survivors of gender-based violence, including psychosocial support, legal aid referrals, and access to healthcare services.

Data Collection and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and report data on GBV incidents and program outcomes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to donors and stakeholders.

Coordination: Collaborate with various stakeholders, including law enforcement agencies, healthcare providers, and social services, to ensure a coordinated and comprehensive response to gender-based violence.

Gender Mainstreaming: Integrate gender considerations into all aspects of the program, ensuring that activities promote gender equality and empower women and girls.

Monitoring and Evaluation: Implement monitoring and evaluation mechanisms to assess the effectiveness and impact of GBV prevention and response initiatives.

Networking and Partnerships: Establish and maintain strong working relationships with relevant organizations, agencies, and community leaders to strengthen support networks for survivors and improve GBV prevention efforts.
