Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to understand project requirements and objectives.

Create visually engaging and on-brand graphics for various purposes, including marketing materials, digital and print advertisements, social media content, website elements, and more.

Develop and execute design concepts from ideation to final execution.

Work with the team to ensure consistency and coherence in visual identity across all projects.

Stay updated on design trends and best practices, and integrate them into your work.

Present design ideas to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final designs.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality design solutions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including digital and print materials.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

Solid understanding of design principles, layout, color theory, and typography.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Experience with motion graphics or video editing is a plus.

Knowledge of web design and UI/UX principles is a bonus.
