• Dashboard Development: Utilize MS Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate, to design, develop, and implement interactive dashboards. These dashboards will  present  key  performance  indicators  (KPIs),  network  metrics,  and  customer  data  in  a visually appealing and user-friendly manner.

• Data Integration: Work closely with the applications team to identify and integrate relevant

data  sources  into  the  Power  Platform.  Ensure  data  accuracy  and  completeness  to  create meaningful visualizations and reports.

• User Interface Design: Develop intuitive and engaging user interfaces for the dashboards,

making data exploration and analysis seamless for end-users.

• Dashboard Customization: Customize and tailor dashboards to meet the specific needs of the

management at different levels.

• Automation:  Implement  automated  processes  and  workflows  using  Power  Automate  to

streamline data collection, updates, and notifications, reducing manual efforts and ensuring real- time data availability.

• Data  Analysis:  Collaborate  with  business  analysts  and  stakeholders  to  understand  their

requirements and translate them into effective data visualizations. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on the dashboard findings.

• Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation of the dashboard designs, data sources,

and workflows to facilitate knowledge transfer and future updates.

• User  Training  and  Support:  Conduct  training  sessions  for  end-users  to  enhance  their

understanding of the dashboards and encourage adoption. Provide ongoing support to resolve any technical issues or questions related to the dashboards.

• Performing cleansing, processing, and validation on the data subject to analyze to ensure its

quality.
