Peace of Art is looking for an Accountant near Ain, Baalbeck-Hermel who is to be in person at Peace of Art Office.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The accountant will assist the accounting department with daily tasks, including managing project accounting activities, handling primary data, generating financial reports, issuing receipts and invoices, and maintaining the financial procedures & database.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

•              Manages petty cash transactions on a daily basis.

•              Performs data entry and verifies associated supporting documents.

•              Aids in the compilation of financial reports, and all supporting documents.

•              Maintains organized filing and archiving of all financial documents.

•              Contributes to the creation of monthly reports for donors and handles scanning tasks.

•              Handles accounts payable, including payments to employees, suppliers, and consultants for the project.

•              Manages Quickbooks account for the project.

•              Ensures the accurate implementation of all financial transactions and data.

•              Supplies financial data for the preparation of quarterly financial reports and the annual reports.
