The FSL Officer will be:
– Conducting livelihood sessions (Life Skills, Job Seeking, Digital Literacy, Livelihood Counselling sessions and Entrepreneurship Training), ensure and monitor the implementation of Livelihood activities in Beirut and Mount Lebanon areas.
– Screening employers and businesses for the Work Based Learning
– Providing coaching sessions for employers and businesses
– Following up on daily technical planning.
– Designing Workplan.
– Collecting accurate data at field level and participating in data analysis
– Contributing in conducting assessment, baseline and surveys
– Collecting information and assisting in the quality analysis of the activities carried out
– Ensuring regular monitoring and follow-up of the activities with the beneficiaries by regular field visits using monitoring tools
– Participating in writing up reports on the progress of activities for which s/he is responsible
– Archiving his/her monitoring tools and files.
