YOUR MISSION:
– Supporting the Head of Office in all administrative tasks
– Preparation of (service) contracts, employment references and other labour law documents
– Responsible for all Recruitment processes
– Co-manages Employee relations
– Responsible for the coordination of Payroll
– Implementation of policies in collaboration with the headquarter in Berlin
– Support management on labour law matters
– Monitoring legislative changes and their impact on the organisation
– Cooperation with external lawyers and authorities
– Coordinate communication management (telephone inbound calls, emails, internal messaging) including regular updates on the website
– Management of various office-related tasks, e.g. supplies, maintenance and basic IT support
– Responsible for all organisation and coordination of Travel management
– Collaborate closely with Headquarter in Berlin, Germany
YOUR KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
– Completed studies in the field of economics, law, jurisprudence or comparable qualification
– Knowledge of Lebanese labour law desirable or willingness to acquire it
– First experience in the legal or HR department of a company is a plus
– Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
– Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities
– Pronounced adaptability
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
– Excellent organisational skills and time management
– Confident handling of MS Office programmes
