تفاصيل درجة التعليم: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Registered Nurse) Experience Requirements: 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
متطلبات الخبرة: بين سنتين و3 سنوات
اللغة العربية: جيد جداً
اللغة الانكليزية: جيد جداً
اللغة الفرنسية: جيد

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Care:

Assess and plan nursing care requirements for patients.

Organize workloads, manage medications, and administer vaccinations.

Ensure accurate reporting and documentation of patient care and progress.

Medication Management:

Distribute and deliver medications according to medical prescriptions.

Ensure chronic therapy medications are available and accessible to patients on time.

Apply chronic therapy protocols as advised by the treating physician.

Collaborate with medical consultants to manage patient care plans.

Indicate correct drug dosages on dispensing bags, providing guidance on treatment adherence and potential side effects, along with necessary information on patient diagnosis and prognosis.

Patient Interaction and Support:

Build trusting relationships with patients, providing reassurance, listening, and support.

Combat stigma and support patients and their families in dealing with mental health challenges.

Agree on and review care plans, monitor progress, and provide advice and support to patients and their relatives.

Liaise with doctors, social workers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Team Collaboration and Communication:

Actively participate in case conferences and meetings to assess treatment success.

Collaborate regularly with the stock manager on medication dispatch and management of medication stocks at the dispensary.

Administrative Duties:

Maintain and update patient records accurately.

Perform physical examinations as part of initial assessments when needed.

Prepare and conduct health education sessions on topics such as hygiene and mental health.

Monitor and report on medical activities, including completing patient files, forms, statistics, and reports.

Ensure relevant information is transferred to the line manager.

Perform monthly reports on the number of patients receiving medications and other variables.

In emergency cases, refer, accompany, and follow up with patients needing higher-level care.
