وفقا لأرقام Statista لعام 2023، حل الأوروبيون والأميركيون في طليعة الشعوب الأكثر إستهلاكاً للأجبان. وفي حين بلغ حجم إستهلاك الفرد في الإتحاد الأوروبي 20.5 كلغ سنويا، سجل الإستهلاك الفردي في أميركا 17.9 كيلوغرام.

وحلت كل من كندا وأستراليا في المرتبتين الثالثة والرابعة على التوالي بحجم إستهلاك بلغ 14.9 كيلو غرام في كندا و13.8 كيلوغرام في أستراليا.

وبلغ حجم إستهلاك الفرد في بريطانيا 11.5 كيلوغرام لتحل في المرتبة الخامسة، تلتها روسيا بحجم إستهلاك بلغ 9.9 كيلو غرام. أما في الأرجنتين، التي إحتلت المرتبة السابعة، فبلغ حجم الإستهلاك 9.6 كيلو غرام للفرد.
