الملخص:

تسعى منظمة Qualisus إلى تعيين جامعين/ت للبيانات في المجال الصحي لتقديم تقييم موضوعي لتنفيذ مشروع صحي، وضمان دقة النتائج المُبلغ عنها، والامتثال للمعايير، وقياس رضا المستفيدين. تشمل المهمة مراقبة أداء مراكز الرعاية الصحية الأولية، وتقييم فعالية تقديم الخدمات، وضمان نجاح جهود التوعية المجتمعية.

مسؤوليات الجامعين/ت:

• زيارات لمراكز الرعاية الصحية الأولية (PHCCs):

  • إجراء زيارات منتظمة للمراكز المعينة، بمتوسط 6 زيارات لكل مركز خلال فترة العقد البالغة 8 أشهر.
  • تحديد مواعيد الزيارات مسبقاً مع مدير المركز وإكمال استبيان مدته 45 دقيقة مع موظفين مختلفين في المركز.

• جمع البيانات وإعداد التقارير:

  • جمع البيانات حول فعالية المشروع الصحي باستخدام استبيان محدد مسبقاً.
  • التحقق من نتائج تقديم الخدمة وتقييم أنشطة التوعية المجتمعية.
  • مراقبة استخدام وكفاءة الأدوات الرقمية وأنظمة الإبلاغ في مراكز الرعاية الصحية الأولية.
  • ضمان الجودة والمساهمة في بناء القدرات داخل المنشآت الصحية.

• إجراء مناقشات جماعية (FGDs):

  • تنظيم وإجراء مناقشات جماعية مع ملفات تعريف مجتمعية مختلفة عبر جميع المحافظات (باستثناء المناطق التي تمنعها القضايا الأمنية).
  • التعاون في اختيار المشاركين بناءً على القوائم المقدمة لك.
  • تطوير واتباع مجموعة من الأسئلة لكل مناقشة جماعية، مع التركيز على رضا المستفيدين ونتائج المشروع الرئيسية.

• إعداد التقارير:

  • تقديم تقارير شهرية تلخص النتائج من الزيارات والمناقشات الجماعية.
  • إعداد تقرير نهائي في نهاية العقد، يلخص جميع النتائج ويوفر توصيات لتحسين المشروع.

• التدريب:

  • المشاركة في جلسات التدريب المقدمة حول عملية جمع البيانات واستخدام الاستبيانات.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

• خلفية أو خبرة في المجالات الصحية مثل التمريض، التوليد، الصحة العامة، أو الدراسات الطبية.
• خبرة سابقة في إدارة الصحة أو مشاريع الصحة العامة مفضلة.

Data Collector – Health Sector

Summary:

Qualisus is seeking Data Collectors for the health sector to provide an objective assessment of a health project's implementation. This role ensures that reported results are accurate, compliance standards are met, and beneficiaries' satisfaction is gauged. The assignment aims to identify any weaknesses in the project's implementation process, offer recommendations for improvement, and highlight the program's achievements. Responsibilities include monitoring the performance of Primary Health Care Centers (PHCCs), assessing service delivery effectiveness, and ensuring successful community outreach efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Visits to Primary Health Care Centers (PHCCs):

  • Conduct regular visits to assigned PHCCs, with an estimated 6 visits per center during the 8-month contract period.
  • Schedule visits in advance with the PHCC director and complete a 45-minute questionnaire with different staff members at the center.

• Data Collection and Reporting:

  • Gather data on the effectiveness of the health project using a pre-defined questionnaire.
  • Verify service delivery outcomes and assess community outreach activities.
  • Monitor the usage and efficiency of digital tools and reporting systems at the PHCCs.
  • Ensure quality assurance and contribute to capacity building within the health facilities.

• Conducting Focus Group Discussions (FGDs):

  • Organize and conduct FGDs with different community profiles across all governorates (except where security issues prevent access).
  • Collaborate in selecting participants based on provided lists.
  • Develop and follow a guiding set of questions for each FGD, focusing on beneficiaries’ satisfaction and other key project outcomes.

• Reporting:

  • Submit monthly reports summarizing findings from visits and FGDs.
  • Compile a final report at the end of the contract, summarizing all findings and providing recommendations for project improvements.

• Training:

  • Participate in training sessions provided on the data collection process and the use of questionnaires.

Required Qualifications:

• Background or experience in health-related fields such as nursing, midwifery, public health, or medical studies.
• Previous experience in health administration or public health projects is preferred.
