“كل متورط لن ينال العفو”: تصريح مفاجئ من أحمد الشرع

أكد زعيم “هيئة تحرير الشام” أحمد الشرع المعروف بأبو محمد الجولاني، الأربعاء، أن كل من تورط في تعذيب وقتل المعتقلين في السجون السورية لن ينال العفو.

وقال الجولاني الذي يقود فصائل سورية معارضة أطاحت بالرئيس بشار الأسد في بيان: “لن نعفو عمن تورط بتعذيب المعتقلين وتصفيتهم وكان سببا في ذلك وسنلاحقهم في بلدنا”.

وتابع الجولاني: “نطالب الدول بتسليمنا من فر إليها من هؤلاء المجرمين لتحقيق العدالة بحقهم”.

وكان الجولاني قد أعلن أن السلطات الجديدة في سوريا ستنشر قريبًا “قائمة أولى بأسماء كبار المتورطين بتعذيب الشعب السوري”.

وأكد أنه سيتم نشر قائمة المتورطين في عمليات التعذيب من أجل ملاحقتهم ومحاسبتهم. وكشف الجولاني أن مكافآت ستُقدّم لمن يدلي بمعلومات عن كبار ضباط الجيش والأمن المتورطين في جرائم حرب.

“No Amnesty for the Involved”: Al-Jolani's Surprising Statement

In a surprising statement on Wednesday, Ahmad al-Shara, known as Abu Mohammad al-Julani, the leader of Hayat Tahrir al-Sham, confirmed that no one involved in the torture and killing of detainees in Syrian prisons would be granted amnesty.

Al-Julani, who leads opposition factions that have fought against President Bashar al-Assad’s regime, made the statement in an official release, declaring: “We will not pardon those involved in the torture and execution of detainees, and we will pursue them in our country.”

He continued, “We demand that countries hand over those criminals who have fled to achieve justice against them.”

In addition, Al-Julani revealed that the new authorities in Syria will soon release an “initial list of those most responsible for torturing the Syrian people.”

The list of those involved in torture operations will be made public to ensure they are pursued and held accountable. Al-Julani also announced that rewards would be offered to anyone who provides information about senior military and security officers implicated in war crimes.
