المهام والمسؤوليات الأساسية

• الإشراف والمتابعة الإدارية والطبية لمراكز الرعاية الصحية الأولية المدعومة من PU-AMI لضمان جودة الرعاية الصحية المقدمة

• التحقق من طلبات الفحوصات المخبرية والتصوير الطبي المقدمة من الأطباء، وضمان تطبيق نموذج “الرسوم الثابتة” (Flat Fee Model)

• مراقبة تنفيذ نظام الإحالة الداخلية والمتابعة على مستوى المجتمع المحلي

• جمع البيانات والتقارير المتعلقة بنشاطات الشركاء، متابعة الحضور وساعات العمل واستخدام الأموال المخصصة

• التنسيق مع مدير المركز الصحي لتنفيذ الحملات الصحية وتوزيع المساعدات، وتقديم توصيات لتحسين الخدمات

• التعاون الوثيق مع المستشارين الطبيين، مشرف ضمان الجودة، والصيدلي لضمان سير العمل بسلاسة

• قيادة أنشطة التوعية الصحية والتعليم المجتمعي داخل المركز والمجتمع

• دعم تنفيذ خطط تحسين الجودة ومتابعة مؤشرات الأداء بالتعاون مع الجهات المختصة

• القيام بزيارات ميدانية إلى مكاتب بيروت أو طرابلس حسب الحاجة للتدريبات أو التنسيق

• إعداد التقارير الشهرية والمالية والإدارية المتعلقة بنشاطات المركز

• الإبلاغ الفوري عن أي حالات مشتبه بها إلى وزارة الصحة لمتابعة التحقيقات

• دعم إدارة الصيدلية من خلال المراقبة اليومية والتنسيق

• ضمان تطبيق آليات تلقي الشكاوى والردود في المراكز الصحية

• المساهمة في تقييم الاحتياجات التدريبية وتطوير المواد التدريبية وتنفيذ الدورات للطاقم الطبي

متطلبات التقديم

• شهادة جامعية في مجال صحي (تمريض، صيدلة، مختبرات طبية مفضل)

• خبرة لا تقل عن سنة إلى سنتين في العمل في منظمات غير حكومية أو مجال صحي مشابه

• إجادة اللغة العربية والإنجليزية بطلاقة

• مهارات تواصل ممتازة وقدرة على التعامل مع بيئات متعددة الثقافات

• رخصة قيادة سارية لمدة سنتين على الأقل

• Job Title: Health Field Officer

• Location: Baalbek-Hermel, Lebanon

• Contract Duration: 6 months, renewable based on performance and funding availability

• Salary: Between $1,500 and $2,000 USD monthly, according to PU-AMI salary scale

• Education: University degree in health-related field preferred (Nursing, Pharmacy, Medical Laboratory)

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor PHCC operations ensuring quality healthcare delivery aligned with PU-AMI’s Flat Fee Model

• Validate laboratory and imaging requests, ensure correct internal referral systems and follow-ups at community level

• Oversee partner health structures activities, data collection, financial tracking, staff attendance, and facility operations

• Coordinate health campaigns, kit distributions, and community awareness with PHCC Director and Health Team Manager

• Collaborate closely with Medical Advisor, Quality Assurance Advisor, and Pharmacist to ensure smooth operations

• Lead community health education sessions and monitor nutrition and health activities

• Support quality improvement plans and training needs assessments for medical staff

• Conduct field visits to Beirut or Tripoli offices for training and coordination as required

• Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and financial reports, and immediately report suspected cases to MoPH

• Manage pharmacy daily tracking and logistics, and ensure complaint mechanisms are functional

• Collect data and conduct health impact assessments in coordination with MEAL and HIS teams

• University degree in health-related field (Nursing, Pharmacy, Medical Lab preferred)

• 1-2 years relevant experience with NGOs or health sector

• Fluent in Arabic and English
