* Participate in the enumerators’ training.

* Conduct visits to healthcare facilities and clinics.

* Fill in surveys for healthcare facilities.

* Record survey responses using KoBo Toolbox.

* Ensure high-quality data collection as per the guidance received from field coordinators.

* Report daily to the field coordinators.

* Ensure the confidentiality and privacy of data collected and information shared by the healthcare facilities.

* The candidate should reside within the same area of assessment.

* Must have a car.
