الوصف:

Ensure that all financial obligations are met in accordance with the policies and procedures.
Reviews and verifies invoices and ensures that all documents related to the payments are accurately supported and approved.
Prepares journal entries to record cost allocation, domiciled cost, or adjustments in the financial system.
ensure payments are processed in time for the weekly and monthly deadlines.
Coordination and communication with all the banks.
Responds to inquiries from suppliers and consultants regarding the status of their payments.
Perform daily bank situation and justify discrepancies between bank and Organization books.
Maintain all online transactions required for the transfers to be executed.
Presenting, after the execution of payment, the receipt, and all relevant documents to accounting for booking.
To perform all other job duties and assignments as assigned by management
