الوصف:
- Ensure that all financial obligations are met in accordance with the policies and procedures.
- Reviews and verifies invoices and ensures that all documents related to the payments are accurately supported and approved.
- Prepares journal entries to record cost allocation, domiciled cost, or adjustments in the financial system.
- ensure payments are processed in time for the weekly and monthly deadlines.
- Coordination and communication with all the banks.
- Responds to inquiries from suppliers and consultants regarding the status of their payments.
- Perform daily bank situation and justify discrepancies between bank and Organization books.
- Maintain all online transactions required for the transfers to be executed.
- Presenting, after the execution of payment, the receipt, and all relevant documents to accounting for booking.
- To perform all other job duties and assignments as assigned by management
