وظيفة شاغرة: مطلوب موظف الاتصالات للعمل مع Lebanese Alternative Learning

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and communication strategies and plans.
• Create and manage content calendars for social media platforms, ensuring that posts are timely, relevant, and engaging.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to create compelling content for various communication channels such as social media, newsletters, press releases, and websites.
• Monitor and analyze communication activities to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
• Support the coordination of events, conferences, and other communication activities.
• Assist in the production of marketing and communication materials such as brochures and presentations.
• Maintain the organization's website, ensuring that content is up-to-date and relevant.
• Conduct research and analysis to support marketing and communication initiatives.
• Provide administrative support to the Marketing and Communication team as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.
• Experience in a marketing or communication role with a focus on content creation, social media management, and event coordination.
• Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Trilingual: Arabic, French and English
• Strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and techniques.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours as required.
• Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively and independently.
