وظيفة شاغرة: مطلوب Sous Chef للعمل مع Souk el Tayeb

We are hiring for Souk el Tayeb Community Kitchen Sous-chef with a minimum of 5 years of experience cooking large-quantity meals.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and sort food items and ensure adequate storage
• Cooks food according to set specifications and recipes
• Follow the company’s standards regarding food handling, cleanliness, and hygiene and the FIFO method
• Provide support in checking stocks, and fridges for expired items under the supervision of the Chef and inform them accordingly
