الوصف:

Overall management of the projects funded by Donors.
Budget planning and preparation along with key program personnel.
Project planning, management, monitoring and evaluation, along with development of related tools and techniques.
Implement the proposed work plan.
Manage all the team implementing the project.
Conduct regular visits to all regions, including spot checks.
Budget monitoring in coordination with accounting and finance team.
Produce monthly reporting, including literature narratives and financial reports.
Manage the online reporting tool.
Document evidence of project implementation, outputs and achievements.
Represent at seminars, workshops, fundraising events.
Staff management and address potential conflicts and tension.
Cooperate with assigned audits by donors.
Conduct regular meetings with the team.
Ensure that the policies and procedures are in place and implemented efficiently.
Minimize potential conflict of interest and control fraud along with accounting and finance personnel.
