responsibilities:

• • To supervise the flow of work in the school
  • Coordination and follow up visits to the school.
  • Prepare, in coordination with school staff, work plans with clear objectives and achievement benchmarks, long-term and short-term priorities, implementation plans and evaluation tools;
  • In collaboration with the Data Responsible person, ensure that all data is reported timely.
  • Support in the recruitment of education staff for school.
  • Support logistics processes to store and distribute stock, supplies and services for the timely delivery of project objectives.
  • Liaise with finance and administration department to support the successful implementation of the project.
  • Follow up on all the activities related to the projects.
  • Support in the development of intervention strategies to increase academic success.
  • Assist teachers and administrators in dealing with behavioral or attitude issues by communicating with students / parents.
  • To participate in all training offered by Partners and Donors.
  • Ensure a strict adherence to Child Protection and Child safeguarding Policy (including respect for confidentiality, and adopting a child-centered approach).

Education level:

Bachelor Degree or LT

Education field:

–              Education

–              Education Management

–             Project Management

–              Or any related field
