Scope of Work and Methodology

UNICEF will provide assistance through engaging a Community Health coordinator to manage all the phases of this new strategy:

1. 1. 1. Liaise with MoPH, UNICEF, PHCCs on all the phases of the project (planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation)
      2. Working directly under the supervision of Director of the PHCC Dept., ensure proper communication, coordination, management, and monitoring skills at different levels between all the stakeholders
      3. Daily coordination with the PHC coordinators and the PHCCs engaged under the project to monitor progress, address bottlenecks, build capacity and provide needed guidance
      4. Act as a focal point to coordinate the Field monitors and tele-monitors engaged for quality assurance at field level
      5. Ensure weekly plans and schedules are devleoped and implemeted
      6. Develop detailed documentation needed for the running of the project (payment excel sheets, letters for signature, reporting on the ongoing activities with suggested recommendations and mitigations when needed)
      7. Report any challenges/bottlenecks with all the stakeholders, with suggested mitigations to ensure the continuity of the project
      8.  Ensure all activities at different centers are aligned together and running smoothly
      9. Ensure data entry is appropriately maintained and monitoring data is analysed weekly, and all concerned facilities are provided feedback for corrective action, works closely with the IT team at the ministry
      10. Capacity building for all related parties when needed
      11. Evaluating program effectiveness by monthly reporting on the project updates.
