KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
▪ Content Creation:
– Create compelling and creative content in both English and Arabic for our website, blog, social media channels, email newsletters, and other marketing materials.
– Develop content that aligns with our brand voice, values, and target audience.
– Generate ideas for content based on industry trends, company goals, and audience interests.
▪ Translation:
– Translate existing content from English to Arabic and vice versa while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and cultural relevance.
– Adapt content to maintain tone, style, and context in both languages.
▪ Social Media Management:
– Manage and maintain our social media presence in both English and Arabic.
– Create engaging posts, captions, and visuals to increase follower engagement and drive traffic to our website.
▪ Community Engagement:
– Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms and other channels.
– Foster a sense of community by actively engaging with our audience and addressing their needs and concerns.
▪ Analytics and Reporting:
– Track the performance of content across various channels using analytics tools.
– Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
– Prepare regular reports on content performance and make recommendations for optimization.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
▪ Proven experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or similar role.
▪ Excellent writing and editing skills in both English and Arabic.
▪ Strong understanding of grammar, punctuation, and language nuances in both languages.
▪ Proficiency in translation and localization techniques.
▪ Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with SEO tools.
▪ Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems.
▪ Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
▪ Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
▪ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (preferred).
