**Security and Safety Consultant**

**Job Summary:**
TDH IT is seeking a qualified Security and Safety Consultant to review and enhance its security protocols in alignment with the current context in Lebanon. The consultant will be responsible for updating key documents such as the Security Manual, Risk Analysis, and Contingency Plan, ensuring that they reflect TDHI's mission, programs, and areas of implementation. The role involves coordinating closely with internal and external stakeholders to secure permits and manage security-related procedures.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– **Security Manual Update:** Review and update TDHI's Security Manual, ensuring it aligns with the current situation in Lebanon and the organization's mission.
– **Risk Analysis:** Revise and enhance the TDHI Risk Analysis based on ongoing programs and areas of operation.
– **Contingency Plan:** Update the Contingency Plan to align with the Security Manual, including planning drills for headcounts, office evacuations, and related actions.
– **LAFI Permit Coordination:** Prepare and submit the annual LAFI permit request in coordination with TDHI teams. Set dates and follow up with external parties to ensure the final approval.
– **Access Permits:** Handle the submission and follow-up for access permits in Central and West Bekaa, coordinating with internal teams and ensuring compliance with external procedures.
– **Policy Documentation:** Develop clear policies on permit acquisition and renewal processes for future reference.
– **Security Focal Point:** Act as TDHI's primary point of contact for security and safety matters, coordinating with the Country Delegate. Responsibilities include sending security notifications, liaising with stakeholders, granting security clearances, and conducting safety briefings for new staff and visitors.

– **تحليل المخاطر:** إعادة تقييم وتعزيز تحليل المخاطر بناءً على البرامج الحالية ومناطق التنفيذ.
– **خطة الطوارئ:** تحديث خطة الطوارئ لتتوافق مع دليل الأمن، بما في ذلك التخطيط لتمارين الإخلاء والتعداد وكل ما يتعلق بخطة الطوارئ.
– **تنسيق تصاريح LAFI:** تحضير وتقديم طلب التصريح السنوي لـ LAFI بالتنسيق مع فرق TDHI. تحديد المواعيد والمتابعة مع الأطراف الخارجية للحصول على الموافقة النهائية.
– **تصاريح الوصول:** إدارة تقديم ومتابعة تصاريح الوصول في البقاع الأوسط والغربي بالتنسيق مع الفرق الداخلية وضمان الامتثال للإجراءات الخارجية.
– **توثيق السياسات:** تطوير سياسات واضحة حول كيفية الحصول على التصاريح وتجديدها لاستخدامها كمرجع في المستقبل.
– **نقطة اتصال الأمن:** العمل كنقطة الاتصال الرئيسية لشؤون الأمن والسلامة في مؤسسة TDHI بالتنسيق مع المندوب القطري. تشمل المهام إرسال إشعارات الأمن، التنسيق مع الأطراف المعنية، منح التصاريح الأمنية، وإجراء توجيهات السلامة للموظفين والزوار الجدد.
