Job Description

**Responsibilities:**
– Accurately enter medical data (e.g., patient information, visit dates, prescription details, viral load, etc.) into the organization’s database regularly and according to Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) protocols.
– Participate in compiling data from both MSF structures and collaborating health facilities.
– Assist in searching for missing data and updating existing patient files.
– Ensure regular backups of all processed data and maintain a clean and tidy recording area, giving special importance to all patient files.
– Report any issues regarding data management to supervisors.
– Prepare statistical reports as required by the medical team.
– Ensure, promote, and maintain confidentiality regarding all registered information.

**Requirements:**

**Education:**
– Essential: Lebanese Baccalaureate Certificate issued by the Lebanese Ministry of Education and Higher Education.
– Desirable: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.

**Experience:**
– Essential: 2 years of previous work experience as a Data Entry Operator.
– Desirable: 1 year of previous experience with MSF or other NGOs.

**Languages:**
– Essential: Full professional proficiency in Arabic and English.

**Knowledge:**
– Essential: Advanced proficiency in one or more of the following recording software: Fuchia, EpiInfo, DHIS, PHENICS, Kobo.
– Essential: Advanced computer literacy using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
