وصف الوظيفة:

منظمة أطباء بلا حدود (MSF) تبحث عن سائقين للانضمام إلى فريقها في زحلة، لبنان. يتطلب هذا الدور نقل البضائع والركاب المصرح لهم باستخدام مركبات المنظمة، مع ضمان الحفاظ على الحالة الفنية للسيارة، احترام قواعد المرور المحلية، بالإضافة إلى تطبيق إجراءات الأمان المتعلقة بالسلامة. كما يتطلب العمل في بيئات متنوعة، مع الالتزام الكامل بمبادئ الأمان والسياسات الداخلية للمنظمة.

المهام الرئيسية:

• التفقد اليومي للسيارة المخصصة، بما في ذلك فحص حالة الإطارات، الزيت، الوقود، المكابح، المعدات الإذاعية، وقطع الغيار. والتأكد من جاهزية السيارة للسفر في حالتها المثلى.
• السائق مسؤول عن الحفاظ على أمان الركاب أثناء السفر، وقيادة السيارة بحذر، والامتثال لحدود السرعة وقواعد المرور في لبنان، بالإضافة إلى اتباع قواعد أمان منظمة أطباء بلا حدود.
• التأكد من أن جميع الركاب لديهم الأوراق اللازمة قبل السفر، والتأكد من توقيع أي أشخاص غير موظفين في المنظمة على إقرارات تحمل المسؤولية قبل استخدام السيارة.
• تحميل وتفريغ البضائع بشكل صحيح، مع تسليم الوثائق للمستلم، والتأكد من حالة البضائع، وإرجاع الوثائق المكتملة إلى قسم اللوجستيات.
• التأكد من أن جميع وثائق السيارة ورخصة القيادة سارية المفعول وموجودة في السيارة.
• إبلاغ المدير المباشر بأي حادث يتضمن نقل الركاب أو البضائع.
• استخدام أجهزة الراديو وكافة الرموز والأرقام المطلوبة للتواصل مع القاعدة وفقًا لسياسة التواصل الخاصة بالمنظمة.
• الالتزام التام بقواعد الأمان المتعلقة بحركة المركبات، بما في ذلك التعامل مع النقاط الجمركية والحواجز الطرقية.

المتطلبات:

التعليم:

• معرفة أساسية في القراءة والكتابة مع رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول.
• معرفة جيدة بطريق البلد والمناطق المحلية.

الخبرة:

• سنتان على الأقل من الخبرة السابقة في مجال القيادة.
• خبرة مرغوبة في قيادة مركبات خاصة مثل 4×4، الزوارق، الدراجات النارية.

اللغات:

• العربية: بطلاقة.
• الإنجليزية: مستوى جيد.

المعرفة:

• معرفة أساسية في الميكانيكا ستكون ميزة إضافية.
• معرفة جيدة بطريق المنطقة وطرقها.

Job Description:

Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is looking for Drivers to join their team in Zahleh, Lebanon. This role involves transporting authorized goods and passengers using MSF vehicles, ensuring the technical condition of the vehicle, and adhering to traffic rules and MSF security protocols. The position requires working in diverse settings and fully adhering to the security policies of MSF.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Vehicle Checks: Inspect the vehicle’s technical condition, including tires, oil, fuel, brakes, radio equipment, and spare parts. Perform weekly checks according to MSF’s logbook, ensuring the vehicle is in perfect condition and ready for use.
• Passenger Safety: Ensure the safety of passengers, drive cautiously, observe speed limits, and comply with local traffic laws as well as MSF security rules to prevent accidents.
• Document Management: Verify that all passengers have the required documents before traveling, and ensure that non-MSF staff sign liability disclaimers before using the vehicle.
• Loading and Unloading Goods: Ensure proper loading and unloading of goods, provide documents to the recipient, check the condition of delivered goods, and return completed documents to logistics.
• Vehicle and License Validity: Ensure that all vehicle documents and the driver’s license are valid and available in the vehicle.
• Incident Reporting: Inform the line manager of any incidents involving passengers or goods transport.
• Radio Communication: Familiarize yourself with all types of radios, codes, and call numbers, and communicate with the base according to MSF's communication policy to inform about your position and any potential security implications.
• Security Compliance: Adhere to security protocols related to vehicle movements, including customs, checkpoints, and roadblocks. Ensure all passengers respect these security measures.

Requirements:

Education:

• Basic literacy and a valid driving license.
• Good knowledge of local roads in Lebanon.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of previous driving experience.
• Preferred experience with specific vehicles such as 4×4, boats, or motorbikes.

Languages:

• Arabic: Fluent.
• English: Good.

Skills:

• Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus.
• Good knowledge of roads in the mission area.
