في الملف الفلسطيني، شدد رئيس الحكومة على “تمسك لبنان بحق العودة الكامل للشعب الفلسطيني”، رافضًا أي محاولات لـ”تهجير أو توطين الفلسطينيين على أراضي لبنان أو في أي دولة أخرى”، مؤكدًا أن “أي حل لا يضمن هذا الحق هو تجاوز للتاريخ والعدالة”.
وأشاد سلام بالتضامن العربي مع لبنان، وشكر الدول التي قدمت مساعدات مالية وإغاثية ضمن خطط إعادة الإعمار، معتبرًا أن هذا الدعم “يعكس عمق الانتماء العربي والحرص على استقرار لبنان”.
كما أكد أن السياسة الخارجية اللبنانية تقوم على مبدأ “عدم التدخل في شؤون الدول الأخرى”، مع التأكيد على جهود الحكومة لضبط الحدود مع سوريا لتعزيز الأمن ومنع الخروقات.
وفيما يتعلق بالملف السوري، عبّر سلام عن دعم لبنان لرفع العقوبات عن سوريا، معتبرًا أن “رفع هذه القيود سيُسهم إيجابيًا في الاقتصاد اللبناني ومسار الاستقرار الإقليمي”.
