المسؤوليات الأساسية للوظيفة

أولًا: إدارة المشروع وتنفيذه

• قيادة المشروع ميدانيًا وضمان تنفيذ جميع الأنشطة بكفاءة وفعالية وضمن الأهداف المحددة.

• وضع خطط عمل مفصلة بأدوار ومسؤوليات واضحة.

• متابعة تقدم المشروع من حيث المؤشرات والنتائج، ورصد المخاطر والمعوقات مبكرًا.

• إدماج موضوعات الحماية والنوع الاجتماعي والاستدامة في جميع مراحل المشروع.

• تنظيم مراجعات داخلية دورية لتعزيز الأداء وتبادل الخبرات داخل الفريق.

ثانيًا: قيادة الفريق والإدارة البشرية

• الإشراف اليومي على فريق المشروع وضمان التنسيق الداخلي والتناغم.

• تقييم الأداء السنوي، وتوفير فرص تطوير مهني وتدريبي.

• توفير بيئة عمل داعمة وشاملة تركز على رفاهية الموظفين.

ثالثًا: الشؤون المالية والإدارية

• إدارة ميزانية المشروع بالتعاون مع مساعد المحاسبة وضمان الشفافية في جميع المعاملات.

• التأكد من مطابقة الإنفاق مع الموازنة المخصصة، وإعداد تقارير مالية دقيقة.

• أرشفة المستندات المالية بما يتوافق مع متطلبات التدقيق والمساءلة.

رابعًا: المشتريات واللوجستيات

• الإشراف على عمليات الشراء وفق سياسات JRS ومراعاة الشفافية والكفاءة.

• مراقبة استخدام المعدات والمخزون، وضمان التوثيق الكامل لجميع العمليات.

• تنظيم وسائل النقل والتخزين والتوزيع بما يدعم التنفيذ السلس للمشروع.

خامسًا: الاتصال والتقارير

• رفع تقارير منتظمة وشاملة إلى مدير المكتب القطري، تتضمن تطورات المشروع والتحديات والنجاحات.

• التأكد من جودة ودقة البيانات والتقارير الشهرية والنصف سنوية والسنوية.

• دعم استخدام البيانات في عمليات التخطيط واتخاذ القرار على مستوى المنظمة.

سادسًا: التمثيل والتنسيق

• تمثيل JRS في الاجتماعات التنسيقية مع المنظمات الدولية، والجهات الحكومية، والمجتمع المحلي.

• التنسيق مع الكنيسة والجهات الفاعلة في المجتمع المدني في المنطقة.

سابعًا: المناصرة

• تحديد القضايا السياسية والإنسانية المؤثرة على المهجرين.

• دعم استراتيجية المناصرة عبر مشاركة الرؤى والتقارير مع المكتب القطري.

المؤهلات المطلوبة

• شهادة بكالوريوس في العلوم الاجتماعية أو إدارة الأعمال أو الشؤون الإنسانية.

• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في إدارة المشاريع، ويفضل في المجال الإنساني.

• قدرة مثبتة في إدارة الميزانيات والفرق والتقارير.

• إجادة تامة للعربية والإنجليزية كتابة وتحدثًا.

• إتقان Microsoft Office، ومهارات تواصل وتنظيم عالية.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Project Management and Implementation

• Lead all field-level project operations, ensuring effective implementation and adherence to JRS's mission.

• Translate strategic objectives into detailed work plans with clear roles and timelines.

• Monitor progress against indicators and take action on identified risks.

• Integrate cross-cutting themes such as protection, gender, and sustainability into project activities.

• Conduct internal reviews to improve performance and foster innovation.

2. Team Leadership and Human Resources

• Provide daily oversight of the team and promote internal collaboration.

• Evaluate performance, offer coaching, and support professional development.

• Promote a supportive and inclusive team culture focused on well-being and accountability.

3. Financial Oversight and Administration

• Ensure accurate financial tracking in collaboration with the accounting assistant.

• Maintain budget compliance and submit timely financial reports.

• Archive financial records per audit and organizational standards.

4. Procurement and Logistics

• Oversee procurement processes and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

• Monitor inventory, equipment, and logistics operations to ensure accountability and efficiency.

5. Communication and Reporting

• Submit structured and timely monthly, bi-annual, and annual reports.

• Ensure the accuracy of field data and its integration into decision-making.

• Keep key stakeholders informed about project developments.

6. Representation and Coordination

• Represent JRS in coordination meetings with NGOs, UN bodies, and government entities.

• Act as liaison with the Church and civil society actors at the local level.

7. Advocacy

• Identify critical protection issues impacting displaced populations.

• Share field insights to support JRS’s national advocacy strategy.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration, or Humanitarian Affairs.

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in NGOs.

• Strong budget and staff management experience.

• Excellent written and verbal skills in Arabic and English.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent organizational capabilities.
