تتزايد عمليات النصب والاحتيال التي تستهدف الأشخاص الأكثر ضعفًا، وخصوصًا المتضررين من الحرب الإسرائيلية على لبنان. في هذا السياق، حذّر رئيس بلدية الغبيري السابق، معن الخليل، من شخص منتحل صفة يقوم بخداع هؤلاء المتضررين وسلب أموالهم.
كشف الخليل في تصريح خاص لـ”ليبانون ديبايت” أن المحتال غير اسمه عدة مرات، حيث ادعى أكثر من هوية مثل علاء بدر الدين، هادي، ذو الفقار مكي، حسن جعفر، وغيرها، قبل أن يكشف عن اسمه الحقيقي: علاء سامي درويش، المولود عام 1985 في سجل 257 حبوش.
يتضح أن هذا الشخص انتحل صفات عدة وقام بعمليات نصب متعددة، حيث تعرض أكثر من 20 مواطنًا من المتضررين للخداع، حيث أوهمهم بأنه مكلف من جهات معنية للكشف على الأضرار وترميم المنازل في منطقة الحدث وبعض مناطق الضاحية الجنوبية والجبل.
كان المحتال يدعي أنه مسؤول عن الكشوفات الفنية وتسهيل صرف تعويضات الترميم، فكان يستدرج الضحايا بتعهدات تنفيذ الأعمال مقابل مبالغ مالية، مدعيًا إنجاز المعاملات بسرعة. كان يرافقه عمال ومعلمو الألمنيوم والبناء، لكنه كان يهرب بأموال التعويض دون دفع حقوق العمال.
وبحسب المعلومات، بلغت قيمة عمليات النصب التي نفذها أكثر من 100,000 دولار أميركي، وقد شرع عدد من المتضررين باتخاذ إجراءات قانونية بحقه لدى الجهات القضائية المختصة.
ويناشد الخليل جميع المواطنين توخي الحذر وعدم التعامل مع هذا الشخص، وفي حال معرفة مكان إقامته، إبلاغ أقرب مخفر أو مركز لقوى الأمن الداخلي.
“Warning: Fraudster Scams Israeli War Victims in Lebanon for Over $100,000”
Fraudulent schemes targeting the most vulnerable, especially victims of the Israeli war on Lebanon, are on the rise. In this context, former Ghobeiry municipality head, Maen Al-Khalil, warned about an impersonator deceiving these victims and stealing their money.
Al-Khalil revealed in an exclusive statement to Lebanon Debate that the fraudster has changed his name multiple times, claiming various identities such as Alaa Badr Al-Din, Hadi, Zoufaqar Maki, Hassan Jafar, among others, before revealing his real name: Alaa Sami Darwish, born in 1985, registered under 257 Haboush.
It appears this individual assumed multiple identities and executed several fraud operations, deceiving over 20 affected citizens by pretending to be commissioned by concerned authorities to inspect damages and repair homes in Al-Hadath area, parts of Southern Dahieh, and the mountains.
The fraudster claimed responsibility for technical inspections and facilitating repair compensation payments, luring victims with promises of speedy transaction processing in exchange for upfront payments. Accompanied by workers and aluminum and construction masters, he absconded with the compensation funds without paying the workers.
According to reports, the scam amounts exceed $100,000. Several victims have initiated legal proceedings against him with the competent judicial authorities.
Al-Khalil urges all citizens to exercise caution and avoid any dealings with this person. If anyone knows his whereabouts, they should report immediately to the nearest Internal Security Forces station or center.
