فرص عمل في مؤسسة عامل الدولية: مطلوب اختصاصيين/ت في العمل الاجتماعي في النبطية – حاصبيا

تعلن مؤسسة عامل الدولية عن حاجتها لتوظيف اختصاصيين/ت في العمل الاجتماعي ضمن برنامجها “She Leads” في منطقة النبطية – حاصبيا بلبنان، بدوام كامل ولمدة حتى نهاية سبتمبر 2025.

المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية:

  • تخطيط وتنفيذ جلسات الدعم النفسي-الاجتماعي وجلسات التوعية للمستفيدين في مراكز الرعاية الصحية الأولية، والمراكز المجتمعية، وعلى مستوى الميدان.

  • إعداد وتنفيذ أنشطة ترفيهية للمشاركين.

  • ضمان التعريف الآمن وتحويل المستفيدين إلى الجهات المختصة.

  • المشاركة في التدريبات والاجتماعات بالتنسيق مع منسق الميدان ومنسق البرنامج.

  • إعداد التقارير والوثائق المتعلقة بالأنشطة وتسليمها في الوقت المناسب.

مهام التيسير:

  • متابعة كافة المواد اللازمة لكل نشاط.

  • التنسيق مع الفريق لتنفيذ الأنشطة بسلاسة.

متطلبات الوظيفة:

  • شهادة بكالوريوس في العمل الاجتماعي أو علم الاجتماع أو مجال ذي صلة.

  • خبرة عملية بين سنتين إلى ثلاث سنوات.

  • إتقان اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.

  • مهارات تواصل ممتازة والالتزام بالأخلاقيات المهنية، مع القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق والتفاعل مع الفئات الضعيفة.

شروط عامة:

  • التمتع بموقف صارم ضد أي شكل من أشكال الاستغلال أو التحرش.

  • القدرة على الحفاظ على سرية بيانات المستفيدين.

  • الالتزام بمدونة السلوك الداخلي للمؤسسة.

  • الحضور والمشاركة في التدريبات والاجتماعات ذات الصلة.

Job Opportunity at Amel Association International: Social Worker Positions Available in Nabatieh – Hasbaya, Lebanon

Amel Association International is seeking qualified Social Workers for its “She Leads” program based in Nabatieh – Hasbaya, Lebanon. The position is full-time and valid until the end of September 2025.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Plan and conduct psychosocial support and awareness sessions for beneficiaries at primary healthcare centers, community centers, and outreach field level.

  • Prepare and implement recreational activities for participants.

  • Ensure safe identification and referral of beneficiaries.

  • Attend trainings and meetings in coordination with the Field Coordinator and Program Coordinator.

  • Prepare and submit timely reports and documentation related to activities.

Facilitation Responsibilities:

  • Track all materials required for each activity.

  • Coordinate with the team to smoothly implement activities.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Sociology, or relevant field.

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience.

  • Fluency in Arabic and English.

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills with adherence to ethical standards, ability to work with vulnerable populations, and participate actively in the team.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of beneficiary data.

  • Compliance with the organization’s internal code of conduct.
