  1. تنفيذ نظام MEAL:

    • دعم تصميم واعتماد أدوات متابعة وتقييم

    • زيارات ميدانية وتقييم جودة البيانات

  2. جمع وإدارة البيانات:

    • إعداد أدوات كمية ونوعية

    • تأمين إدخال وتنظيف الأرقام باستخدام أدوات رقمية

  3. تحليل وإعداد التقارير:

    • تحليل البيانات واستخلاص النتائج

    • إعداد جداول ورسوم بيانية وتقارير للمنظمة والممولين

  4. التعلّم والمساءلة:

    • تنظيم جلسات مراجعة دروس الخبرة

    • إدارة القنوات الاستشارية وردود الفعل للمستفيدين

  5. دعم الفرق:

    • تقديم دعم فني للمعلمين ومشرفي المشاريع

    • التعاون في كتابة محتوى MEL للمقترحات والتقارير

  • Title: MEAL Officer (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability & Learning)

  • Location: Achrafieh, Beirut

  • Contract: Full-time, 1-year renewable based on performance and funding availability

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

  1. MEAL Framework Implementation:

    • Support organization-wide M&E frameworks

    • Perform site visits and data quality assessments

  2. Data Collection & Management:

    • Design quantitative and qualitative tools

    • Ensure ethical and accurate data handling using digital platforms

  3. Analysis & Reporting:

    • Process raw data to extract trends

    • Create charts and reports for internal and donor updates

  4. Learning & Accountability:

    • Facilitate learning sessions and after-action reviews

    • Provide technical assistance to educators and project team
