مطلوب مدرب تنمية محلية – Trainer for Local Development

In preparation for the upcoming Municipal Elections 2023, FiftyFifty is launching a new Project entitled “Women’s Revolution in Politics- Municipalities 2023”

This project is in collaboration with UN Women in Beirut and aims to encourage and support Lebanese women to run for the upcoming 2023 municipal elections across all Lebanese regions and from different political backgrounds.

Responsibilities of trainer:

• Achieving a better understanding of what Local development is as an approach to improve quality of life for all residents in a local municipal area.
• What are its key elements and their importance
• How to better identify and articulate the local socio-economic needs and priorities of communities
• How to develop and maximize local resources
• How to implement local development by providing case studies from different regions of Lebanese districts

Requirements

• Present a detailed power point presentation during the training
• Prepare pre and post questionnaires to assess the participants’ knowledge
• Write a training completion report detailing the training conducted including the activities and outcomes.
• Assist participants in choosing their local development issue to work on for their municipal elections
