• Management of LARA’s social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Suggest and create social organic content campaign that aligns with LARA’s current projects.
• Create trainees success and organizational-driven stories for social media and website.
• Assist in writing higher-level messaging as part of the marketing communications strategy.
• Assist in creating original and engaging graphics, images, and video content for social media audiences.
• Work closely with the program manager.

Requirements

• 5 years experience in social media marketing, content creation, and communications.
• Excellent and concise written communication skills.
• Proficient technical understanding of social media platforms and organic algorithms.
• Big picture focus, but willing to also have strong attention to detail.
