وظيفة شاغرة: مطلوب مدرب – Trainer للعمل مع شبكة عكار للتنمية (AND NGO)

AND is currently supporting a youth initiative on good governance whereby youth are introduced to the access to information law, public procurement law and municipalities’ law.

Responsibilities:

• To design and deliver an interactive training curriculum for youth to include the following:
  • Introduction to the access to information Law
  • Introduction to the public procurement Law
  • Introduction to the municipalities Law

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Law.
• Minimum of 2 – 3 years' relevant experience in design and training delivery.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to engage with community members in an open manner, maintain confidentiality and respect.
• Positive and professional attitude, able to organize.
• Works well in a team, flexible, and able to handle pressure well and able to move in the field.
• Computer literacy preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills.
• Critical thinking and analysis competencies.

Deliverables

The provider of services shall be responsible for the following deliverables.

• Training Syllabus and timetable
• Materials used throughout the workshop and training curriculum.
• Training logistics (attendance sheet, record keeping…).
• Total cost including number of hours and/or days + cost per hours and/or day.
• Appraisal by the end of the training with further recommendations.

Reporting

The trainer shall report to the project manager.
