وظيفة: مطلوب Freelance 3D Graphic Animator للعمل مع منظمة The Munathara Initiative

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the visual design of Munathara’s projects.
Develop and implement design concepts, manage the design process, and ensure the final product meets the desired aesthetic and technical standards of Munathara.
Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute design solutions that meet the project goals.
Provide guidance and feedback to the members of the creative team.
Create designs using illustration, photo editing and layout software, as well as video editing software.
Study design briefs and determine project requirements and design objectives.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

University Degree in a relevant field.
Considerable experience (+3 years) in a similar role (preferably in non-profit sector).
Proven skills in digital illustration and photo editing skills, using photo-editing software.
Experience in creating different types of graphic designs.
Ability to creatively transform editorial values into attractive illustration/design.
Excellent command of digital design software and photo/video editing software.
Excellent communication (both written and oral), presentation and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining deadlines.
Experience working on own initiative; excellent decision-making skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic, English, and French.
Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)

Start date: As soon as possible.
Location: Beirut, Lebanon (the ideal candidate will be already residing in Beirut, Lebanon)
