الوصف:

Welcome the office visitors to assist them with their queries or to arrange a meeting for them with the Chairman.
Organize mailings and reports in order to have them signed by the Chairman.
Receive the mailings, follow up with the Chairman and speed up the delivery process to the appropriate recipients.
Track the mail and mailings with the concerned medical and administrative units and departments.
Save all documents.
Order and ensure the availability of stationary and all material needed for the office.
Update the work processes to keep up with the occurring updates within the department.
Keep a schedule with the chairman appointments and prepare the required documents for the corresponding meetings.
Receive and make internal and external phone calls concerned with the pathology department.
Keep and update a list with the names and contact details of those who are involved in the workings of the office.
Receive calls and redirect them to the corresponding recipients.
Print emails, memos, instructions and circulars issued by the chairman.
Provide copies of all pathology reports to all 3rd party payers patients according to the Patient Accounting & Invoicing Unit request.
Make all paper work ready for preparation of all invoices for fees collection of outside case requests.
Perform additional related duties as requested by chairman.
