Fundraising Related Tasks

• Build up corporate fundraising programs and monitor its progress.
• Recruit sponsors, contributors, or helpers for fundraising events.
• Organize charitable events.
• Update donor databases.
• Monitor budgets, expense reports, or other financial data for fundraising organizations.
• Contact corporate delegates, government officials, or community advisors to increase awareness of organizational causes, activities, or needs.
• Design or produce materials such as posters or newsletters when needed.
• Direct or coordinate web-based fundraising activities.
• Increase awareness of the causes, missions, or goals of SEF.
• Secure speakers for charitable events, community meetings, or conferences to increase awareness of SEF causes.
• Write and send letters to thank donors.
• Write proposals and budget in the objective of securing sustainable funding for the organization.

Social Media & Content Creation Related Tasks

Social Media

• Master the functionality and elements of a range of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linked In..
• Have clear knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital media and managing online content.
• Have experience and interest in campaigning and advocating for social issues.

Content Creation

• Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills mainly in English and French languages.
