حاجز ضهر البيدر يطيح بمطلوب خطير… واعترافاته تفضح الجرائم
أصدرت المديرية العامة لقوى الأمن الداخلي – شعبة العلاقات العامة، اليوم الثلاثاء، بيانًا جاء فيه: “في إطار المتابعة اليومية التي تقوم بها قطعات قوى الأمن الداخلي لمكافحة الجرائم بمختلف أنواعها في المناطق اللبنانية، وتوقيف مرتكبيها، توافرت معلومات لعناصر حاجز ضهر البيدر في وحدة الدرك الإقليمي عن مرور أحد الأشخاص المطلوبين للقضاء على متن فان لنقل الركاب. وهو من مرتكبي العديد من عمليات سرقة الدراجات الآلية، تجارة الأسلحة، وتعاطي المخدرات. وعند وصوله، تم إلقاء القبض عليه، وهو المدعو: ع. ي. (مواليد 1997، لبناني)، مطلوب للقضاء بموجب مذكرة توقيف بجرم تجارة الأسلحة، وخلاصتي حكم بجرم الأسلحة“.
وأضاف البلاغ: “خلال التحقيق معه، اعترف بتعاطي المخدرات، وبارتكابه جرائم السرقة تحت تأثير المواد المخدرة. وأفاد بأنه كان يبيع المسروقات لأحد الأشخاص في بلدة حورتعلا لشراء المخدرات”.
وختم البيان: “تم إجراء المقتضى القانوني بحقّه وأودع المرجع المعني بناءً على إشارة القضاء المختص”.
Dahr el-Baydar Checkpoint Arrests Dangerous Wanted Man… His Confessions Expose Crimes
The General Directorate of Internal Security Forces – Public Relations Division issued a statement today, Tuesday, stating: “As part of the daily follow-up carried out by the units of the Internal Security Forces to combat all types of crimes in various Lebanese regions and arrest their perpetrators, information was received by the officers at the Dahr el-Baydar checkpoint in the Regional Gendarmerie Unit about a wanted individual passing by on a passenger transport van. He was involved in several crimes including motorcycle theft, arms trafficking, and drug use. Upon his arrival, he was arrested. His name is A.Y. (born 1997, Lebanese), and he was wanted by the judiciary under an arrest warrant for arms trafficking and two convictions related to weapons.”
The statement continued: “During the investigation, he confessed to using drugs and committing theft under the influence of narcotics. He also admitted to selling the stolen goods to someone in the town of Hourtala to buy more drugs.”
The statement concluded: “The necessary legal procedures were taken against him, and he was referred to the relevant judicial authority, based on the instructions of the competent judiciary.”
