- Registration of new children on BMA and internal reporting databases
- Update daily attendance of each activity on BMA and on the databases.
- Ensure filing and archiving of attendance sheets and all center documents.
- Coordination with outreach volunteers and teachers regarding the absence follow-up.
- Inform new families about the services provided in Makani Center.
- Identify and refer cases where necessary.
- Update and maintain a tracker for absences.
- Undertake any other tasks requested by the center focal point when the need arises.
