عون: لن يستمر الوضع في “النافعة” وسنعمل على تحقيق الحكومة الإلكترونية
أكد رئيس الجمهورية اللبنانية، جوزف عون، خلال لقائه مع جمعية ممثلي المصنعين العالميين للمركبات في لبنان، أن الوضع القائم في مصلحة تسجيل السيارات والآليات (النافعة) لن يستمر على حاله. وأضاف أن الحكومة اللبنانية ستتخذ الإجراءات اللازمة لمعاقبة المرتكبين مهما كانت مكانتهم أو مناصبهم، مشدداً على ضرورة وضع حد للتجاوزات الإدارية في هذه المؤسسة.
وأشار الرئيس عون إلى أن الحل الشامل للمشاكل المستمرة في لبنان، والمتمثلة في سوء الإدارة والفساد، يكمن في تحقيق مشروع الحكومة الإلكترونية. وأوضح أن هذا الهدف سيصبح واقعًا ملموسًا في المستقبل القريب، وأنه سيعمل مع الحكومة اللبنانية على إنجاز هذه المبادرة بشكل جاد، بهدف تحسين الأداء الإداري في البلاد وتعزيز الشفافية، مما يسهم في بناء الثقة بين المواطنين والمؤسسات الحكومية.
وأضاف رئيس الجمهورية أنه من خلال تطبيق الحكومة الإلكترونية، سيتم تقليص الفساد وتحسين تقديم الخدمات الحكومية للمواطنين، مع ضمان سرعة الإجراءات ودقتها. وأكد أن هذا المشروع سيشمل جميع الدوائر الحكومية، وعلى رأسها مصلحة “النافعة”، التي تشكل إحدى القضايا الحاسمة في تحسين أداء القطاع العام.
في الختام، شدد عون على أهمية الإصلاحات الإلكترونية في تعزيز مكانة لبنان كمؤسسة قانونية شفافة وفعالة، وأكد التزامه التام بتطوير هذه الأنظمة لتواكب العصر الرقمي وتسهم في النهوض بالبلاد.
Aoun: The Situation in “The Nafia” Will Not Continue and We Will Work on Achieving E-Government
Lebanese President Joseph Aoun confirmed during a meeting with the Global Vehicle Manufacturers’ Association in Lebanon that the current situation at the Vehicle and Drivers Registration Authority (the “Nafia”) will not continue as it is. He emphasized that necessary measures will be taken to punish those responsible for any violations, regardless of their position or status, stressing the need to address administrative abuses in this institution.
President Aoun pointed out that the comprehensive solution to the problems of mismanagement and corruption in Lebanon lies in the realization of e-government. He affirmed his commitment to working seriously with the government to make this a tangible reality in the near future, aimed at improving administrative performance and enhancing transparency in the country.
He added that through the implementation of e-government, corruption will be reduced and government services to citizens will be improved, ensuring faster and more accurate procedures. He emphasized that this initiative would cover all government agencies, with the “Nafia” authority being a key focus for improving public sector performance.
