وأشار الرئيس عون إلى أن الحل الشامل للمشاكل المستمرة في لبنان، والمتمثلة في سوء الإدارة والفساد، يكمن في تحقيق مشروع الحكومة الإلكترونية. وأوضح أن هذا الهدف سيصبح واقعًا ملموسًا في المستقبل القريب، وأنه سيعمل مع الحكومة اللبنانية على إنجاز هذه المبادرة بشكل جاد، بهدف تحسين الأداء الإداري في البلاد وتعزيز الشفافية، مما يسهم في بناء الثقة بين المواطنين والمؤسسات الحكومية.

وأضاف رئيس الجمهورية أنه من خلال تطبيق الحكومة الإلكترونية، سيتم تقليص الفساد وتحسين تقديم الخدمات الحكومية للمواطنين، مع ضمان سرعة الإجراءات ودقتها. وأكد أن هذا المشروع سيشمل جميع الدوائر الحكومية، وعلى رأسها مصلحة “النافعة”، التي تشكل إحدى القضايا الحاسمة في تحسين أداء القطاع العام.

He emphasized that necessary measures will be taken to punish those responsible for any violations, regardless of their position or status, stressing the need to address administrative abuses in this institution.

President Aoun pointed out that the comprehensive solution to the problems of mismanagement and corruption in Lebanon lies in the realization of e-government.
