الوصف الوظيفي:

الهدف 1: تحديد الحالات

تحديد الحالات الفردية بالتعاون مع فريق حماية الأطفال (CP) من خلال الحضور المنتظم في المجتمع.
قبول الإحالات من وكالات أخرى وشركاء المجتمع.
العمل عن كثب مع المنظمات الأخرى لضمان إحالات سلسة.

الهدف 2: إدارة الحالة

تقديم إدارة حالة فردية للأطفال وعائلاتهم وفقًا لجميع خطوات إدارة الحالة والأدوات والإجراءات المتعلقة بها.
ضمان معالجة جميع الحالات فورًا ومشاركتها مع المشرف.
تقديم الدعم المستمر للعائلات، ورعاية بديلة، وأنظمة رعاية بديلة أخرى.
التواصل المباشر مع العاملين في الحالات الآخرين ومقدمي الخدمات كجزء من إدارة الحالة الفردية.
حضور اجتماعات إدارة الحالة بانتظام على مستوى الميدان.

الهدف 3: المشاركة الفعّالة في الاجتماعات الأسبوعية لفريق إدارة الحالة

التعاون الوثيق مع باقي أعضاء فريق إدارة الحالة وفريق حماية الأطفال لضمان فعالية العمل الجماعي.

الهدف 4: متابعة ومراقبة الأمان والسلامة

مراقبة ومتابعة الأمان والسلامة لفريق العمل الميداني بانتظام.
إبلاغ الإدارة بأي قلق أو حادث فور حدوثه، والتواصل مع قادة المجتمع والأطراف الخارجية الأخرى حسب الحاجة للحفاظ على بيئة آمنة لبرامج العمل.

الهدف 5: بناء علاقات مع الجهات الفاعلة المحلية والحكومية

الحفاظ على علاقات جيدة مع جميع الفاعلين المحليين والحكوميين الموجودين في المنطقة.

الهدف 6: التقارير والتوثيق والتواصل

ضمان التوثيق الصحيح وجمع استمارات إدارة الحالة وفقًا لجميع خطوات إدارة الحالة والأدوات والإجراءات المتعلقة بها.
تحديث قاعدة البيانات بانتظام لضمان تسجيل شامل في قاعدة البيانات.
التواصل المنتظم مع المشرف ومدير المشروع المتخصص في إدارة الحالات لمواكبة التحديات والإنجازات.

المتطلبات:

درجة بكالوريوس في العلوم الاجتماعية، علم النفس، أو العمل الاجتماعي.
خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في وظيفة مشابهة.
إجادة اللغة العربية والإنجليزية بشكل ممتاز.
إلمام بأدوات Microsoft Office.

Job Description:

Objective 1: Identification of Cases

Identifying individual cases in collaboration with the Child Protection (CP) team and through regular presence in the community.
Accepting referrals from other agencies and community partners.
Working closely with other organizations to ensure smooth referrals.

Objective 2: Case Management

Providing individual case management for children and their families in accordance with all case management steps, tools, and procedures.
Ensuring that all cases are immediately addressed and shared with the supervisor.
Offering ongoing support to families, foster care, and alternative care systems.
Directly communicating with other caseworkers and service providers to conduct individual case management.
Regularly attending case management meetings at the field level.

Objective 3: Active Participation in Weekly Case Management Team Meetings

Collaborating closely with other members of the case management team and the CP team to ensure effective teamwork.

Objective 4: Monitoring Security and Safety

Consistently monitoring and assessing the safety and security of field teams.
Promptly reporting concerns or incidents to management and liaising with community leaders and other external parties as required to maintain/enhance the security environment for programs.

Objective 5: Building Relationships with Local and Governmental Actors

Maintaining good relationships with all local and governmental actors present in the area.

Objective 6: Reporting, Documentation, and Communication

Ensuring correct documentation and compilation of case management forms in accordance with all related tools and procedures.
Regularly updating the database to ensure a comprehensive record.
Communicating regularly with the supervisor, Case Management Project Manager, and Case Management Specialist for updates on achievements and challenges.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Social Science, Psychology, or Social Work.
A minimum of two years' experience in a similar position.
Proficiency in Arabic and English.
Full proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools.
