الراتب: يتراوح بين 1500 و 2000 دولار أمريكي، حسب الخبرة
المتطلبات التعليمية: بكالوريوس في القانون أو العلوم الاجتماعية أو العمل الاجتماعي أو دراسات الجندر أو مجال ذي صلة
الخبرة المطلوبة: بين 5 إلى 10 سنوات
اللغة العربية: بطلاقة
اللغة الإنجليزية: بطلاقة
اللغة الفرنسية: غير مطلوب

المهام والمسؤوليات:

• الإشراف الفني: تقديم التوجيه والدعم للموظفين في فرق الحماية، بما في ذلك كبار العاملين في الحالات الاجتماعية، وعاملي الحالات، والأخصائيين الاجتماعيين وعلماء النفس، مع ضمان تطبيق المعايير العالية في تقديم الأنشطة والخدمات.

• إدارة الحالات: التحقق من حالة قاعدة بيانات إدارة الحالات بانتظام، ومراجعة الحالات وتقديم الملاحظات لفريق العاملين في الحالات.

• التنسيق مع الشركاء: ضمان التنسيق السلس لأنشطة المشاريع مع مديري المشروع والمشرفين على الفرق في جميع المجالات.

• الدعم النفسي الاجتماعي: الإشراف على جلسات الدعم النفسي الاجتماعي الجماعي في المساحات الآمنة، بالإضافة إلى ضمان التطوير المهني لجميع أعضاء الفريق.

• التفاعل مع المجتمعات: ضمان التفاعل المناسب مع المستفيدين في جميع الأنشطة والحرص على تطبيق مبدأ عدم التمييز والتعامل مع الجميع بكرامة.

• التقارير: إعداد تقارير دورية عن أنشطة إدارة الحالات والدعم النفسي الاجتماعي ومتابعتها بشكل دوري.

• التدريب وبناء القدرات: تحديد احتياجات التدريب للعاملين في الحماية وتقديم الفرص التعليمية مثل ورش العمل والمحاكاة.

Job Duration: From 1 June 2025 till 31 December 2025 (renewable, based on funds and performance)
Salary Range: Between 1500 and 2000 USD, based on experience
Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Law, Social Sciences, Social Work, Gender Studies, or related field
Experience Required: 5 to 10 years
Arabic Language: Fluent
English Language: Fluent
French Language: Not Required

Responsibilities:

• Technical Supervision: Provide technical guidance and support to protection staff, including Senior Case Workers, Case Workers, Social Workers, and Psychologists, ensuring high standards in the implementation of activities and services.

• Case Management: Regularly check the case management database, conduct case reviews, and provide feedback to Senior Case Workers and Case Workers.

• Coordination with Partners: Ensure smooth coordination of activities across projects, collaborating with the Protection Manager and Deputy Project Manager.

• Mental Health Support: Oversee and coordinate group psychosocial support (PSS) sessions and ensure proper implementation of mental health activities.

• Beneficiary Engagement: Ensure respect, dignity, and non-discrimination in engaging with all beneficiaries.

• Reporting: Submit regular and timely case management and MHPSS reports, ensuring accurate documentation.

• Training and Capacity Building: Identify protection staff training needs and provide learning opportunities through workshops and training.
