هدف الوظيفة:
منسق المشروع مسؤول عن قيادة التنسيق اليومي وتنفيذ الأنشطة في المشروع وفقًا للخطة الفنية وخطة العمل التفصيلية، مع ضمان التسليم في الوقت المحدد لجميع النتائج المتعلقة بحماية الأطفال وسبل العيش، بالتنسيق مع المانحين والشركاء المحليين. سيكون منسق المشروع أيضًا مسؤولاً عن مراقبة التقدم المحرز وفقًا للإطار المنطقي وضمان توافق الأنشطة مع متطلبات المانحين.

المهام الرئيسية:

الإشراف على جميع الأنشطة في المشروع والتنسيق بين الفرق المختلفة لضمان تقديم الأنشطة في الوقت المحدد.
مراقبة الأنشطة المتعلقة بحماية الأطفال، سبل العيش، والدعم النقدي.
التنسيق مع الشركاء المحليين لضمان تنفيذ الأنشطة بالشكل المطلوب ووفقًا للمعايير.
متابعة تنفيذ الأنشطة من خلال خطة العمل الشهرية وتنسيق المهام لضمان الالتزام بالموازنة المحددة.
تقديم تقارير دورية حول تقدم الأنشطة إلى المدير المعني.
التعاون مع فرق الحماية لضمان توفير بيئة تعليمية وآمنة للأطفال.
التواصل المستمر مع الموظفين الداخليين والشركاء الخارجيين لضمان تنفيذ الأنشطة وفقًا للمعايير.
التعامل مع الميزانية وتقديم تقارير مالية دقيقة حول التقدم المالي للمشروع.
الإشراف على فرق العمل وضمان أن جميع الأنشطة تتم وفقًا للسياسات والممارسات الإنسانية.

المؤهلات والخبرة المطلوبة:

خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في العمل في سياق إنساني.
خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في العمل في مجالات حماية الأطفال، سبل العيش، والإعانات النقدية.
خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في تنسيق المشاريع والإدارة.
بكالوريوس في العمل الاجتماعي أو علم النفس أو السوسيولوجيا أو العلاقات الدولية (درجة الماجستير ميزة إضافية).
مهارات قوية في التنظيم والتواصل وإعداد التقارير.
إتقان اللغة العربية والإنجليزية بشكل ممتاز.

Job Purpose:
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for leading the day-to-day coordination and implementation of project activities in line with the technical proposal and detailed work plan, ensuring timely delivery of all outputs related to child protection and livelihoods outcomes, in coordination with the donor and local partners. The Project Coordinator will also monitor progress against the logical framework and ensure alignment with donor requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all project activities and coordinate with various teams to ensure timely implementation.
Monitor activities related to child protection, livelihoods, and cash-based interventions.
Coordinate with local partners to ensure activities are implemented as per standards.
Follow up on the monthly implementation plan and ensure tasks are executed in accordance with the budget expenditure plan.
Provide regular reports on project progress to the line manager.
Collaborate with the protection team to ensure a safe and educational environment for children.
Maintain continuous communication with internal staff and external partners to ensure project activities align with objectives and standards.
Handle the project budget and provide financial reports on the project's progress.
Supervise project teams and ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with humanitarian standards and regulations.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

Minimum 5 years of experience working in a humanitarian context.
Minimum 5 years of experience in child protection, livelihoods, and cash-based interventions.
Minimum 5 years of experience in project coordination and management.
Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, sociology, international relations, or a related field (Master’s degree is an asset).
Strong organizational, communication, and reporting skills.
Fluent in Arabic and English.
