  1. إدارة وتنفيذ البرامج الإنسانية الخاصة بالحماية من بداية التخطيط حتى التقييم.

  2. التنسيق مع فرق أوكسفام والشركاء المحليين لبناء قدرات المجتمع وتوعية السكان.

  3. مراقبة المخاطر بالمنطقة واقتراح حلول وقائية واقعية.

  4. المشاركة في إعداد التفاصيل المالية وخطط الإنفاق الخاصة بالمشروع.

  5. قيادة ورش عمل، تدريب الكوادر، ونشر الخبرات مع الجهات الفاعلة.

Oxfam GB is hiring a Senior Protection Officer in Zahle, Bekaa, Lebanon, for a fixed-term contract until December 2025. This is a full-time position with a competitive monthly salary of $2,000–2,500 for experienced protection professionals.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Public Health, or related – Master’s is an advantage.

  • Strong project planning, documentation, MEAL expertise.

  • Experience in team management, training, and safeguarding protocols.

🧾 Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead implementation of protection programs from planning to evaluation.

  2. Coordinate with Oxfam and local partners for community mobilization & capacity building.

  3. Identify and mitigate protection risks in target areas.

  4. Manage project budget planning, procurement, and rationale.

  5. Facilitate workshops & training sessions for staff and communities.

  6. Prepare quality reports for donors, steering groups, and undertake advocacy.
