بعد السرقة والاحتيال الممنهج… الحسيني في قبضة “الأمن”
صدر عن المديرية العامة لقوى الأمن الداخلي – شعبة العلاقات العامة، بيانًا كشف تفاصيل عملية احتيال واسعة نفذها شخص يدعى ح. ح. (مواليد 1981، لبناني)، كان يوهم ضحاياه بقدرته على تأمين وظائف لهم ضمن منظمات دولية مقابل مبالغ مالية تتراوح بين 60 و300 دولار أميركي، يتم تحويلها عبر مراكز تحويل الأموال.
وكان الموقوف يعد ضحاياه بالحصول على عمل براتب شهري يبلغ 800 دولار خلال مهلة لا تتجاوز اليومين، لكنه كان يقوم بحظرهم فور استلام المبالغ دون الوفاء بالوعود. وتبين من خلال المتابعة والتحريات المكثفة، أن الموقوف قام بهذا النوع من الاحتيال منذ عامين على الأقل، حيث كان ينتحل صفة موظف رسمي في وزارة المالية اللبنانية.
وخلال مداهمة مكان إقامته، تم العثور على عدة هواتف خلوية كان يستخدمها للتواصل مع ضحاياه، بالإضافة إلى جهاز حاسوب كان يستعمله لإعداد مستندات مزورة لإيهام الضحايا بأنها صادرة عن منظمات دولية. كما عُثر على مقاطع مصورة فاضحة تعود لإحدى الضحايا، حيث قام بتصويرها دون علمها أو موافقتها.
وقد أصدرت المديرية العامة لقوى الأمن الداخلي بناءً على إشارة القضاء المختص، تعميمًا لصورة الموقوف حيدر الحسيني، ودعت كل من وقع ضحية أعماله إلى الحضور إلى مركز مفرزة الضاحية الجنوبية القضائية في محلّة الاوزاعي – ثكنة الشهيد مصطفى علي حسن أو الاتصال على الرقم: 451162-01، لتقديم الشهادات واتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة.
وكان موقع “ليبانون ديبايت” قد ألقى الضوء على هذه القضية، حيث تقدمت جهات حقوقية واجتماعية بأخبار أمام النيابة العامة ضد الموقوف استنادًا إلى تسجيلات ووثائق تثبت تورطه في عمليات النصب والاحتيال، بالإضافة إلى تسجيلات صوتية تبين تضليله للباحثين عن عمل.
After Fraud and Systematic Deception… Husseini Arrested by “Security”
The General Directorate of the Internal Security Forces – Public Relations Division issued a statement revealing the details of a wide-ranging fraud operation conducted by an individual named H. H. (born 1981, Lebanese), who deceived his victims by claiming he could secure jobs for them in international organizations in exchange for amounts ranging from $60 to $300, which were transferred through money transfer centers.
The arrested individual promised his victims jobs with a monthly salary of $800, with a deadline of no more than two days, but after receiving the money, he would block them without fulfilling his promises. It was discovered through intensive investigation that Husseini had been carrying out these fraudulent acts for at least two years, impersonating a public official in the Ministry of Finance.
During a raid on his residence, several mobile phones were found, which he used to communicate with his victims, in addition to a computer he used to create forged documents, deceiving victims into believing they were issued by international organizations. Explicit videos of one of his victims were also found on the computer, which had been filmed without her consent or knowledge.
The General Directorate of the Internal Security Forces, under the direction of the competent judiciary, issued a public notice with the photo of Husseini and urged anyone who had fallen victim to his schemes to report to the Southern Suburb Judicial Detachment in Ouzai – Martyr Mustafa Ali Hassan Barracks or call the number: 451162-01 for legal proceedings.
The website “Lebanon24” has highlighted this case, where human rights and social organizations filed complaints before the Public Prosecution against the accused, relying on recordings and documents that prove his involvement in fraud, in addition to audio recordings documenting his deception of job seekers.
