Job Description:
- Oversee educational aspect and project curricula development
- Monitor and coach educator classroom interaction and management
- Develop strategies to identify students at risk of dropping out or facing challenges.
- Implement outreach programs to communicate with students and understand their needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and community members to create a supportive environment for students.
- Work closely with school administrators to align retention efforts with overall educational goals.
- Design and implement programs that focus on academic support, mentorship, counseling, or other services aimed at retaining students.
- Monitor the effectiveness of these programs and adjust as needed.
- Identify students who need additional academic assistance and coordinate tutoring or other support services.
- Work with teachers to address specific academic challenges faced by students.
- Implement programs to promote positive behavior and social interactions.
- Regularly monitor and assess the progress of activities
- Provide training and professional development opportunities for teachers and staff on effective retention strategies.
Experience and Technical Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in social science, education, pedagogy, or related field;
Minimum of 3 years of working experience in the education sector, including teaching, teacher training and coaching;
Facilitation and capacity-building experience and skills;
Fluency in written and spoken Arabic and English is mandatory;
Autonomy and ability to work with minimal supervision;
Flexibility, commitment, work ethics and team spirit;
